My story
I started my career in real estate more than 20 years ago, selling land. Those first transactions sparked my passion for real estate, which over the years has evolved into a profession built on experience, local knowledge and the ability to structure tailored transactions.
What I do
I combine three areas of expertise to guide clients from opportunity to result.
BROKERAGE
Sourcing and selling villas, stazzi, countryside estates, land and distinctive properties, with a particular focus on the Costa Smeralda, Porto Rotondo and Gallura. Through an established network of relationships, I can also identify private opportunities and properties not yet publicly marketed.
REAL ESTATE ADVISORY
Strategic advice for acquisitions, sales, investments and real estate value creation. I assess the property, its potential and the strategy best suited to the client.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Coordination of complex real estate transactions through a selected network of lawyers, notaries, accountants, architects, technical professionals, construction companies and specialists, including professionals with international experience and operations.
